ACCESS
By air
Budapest is easily accessible from major international destinations, with Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport located just 20 minutes by car or taxi from HUNGEXPO. The airport is served by numerous major airlines and low-cost carriers.
A convenient airport shuttle service as well as taxis and ride-sharing options are available at the airport. For public transport, you can take Bus 100E or Bus 200E + Metro Line M3 to reach the city center and continue to HUNGEXPO.
By public transports
Budapest’s main railway stations (Keleti, Nyugati, and Déli) connect the city with national and international destinations. From any station, you can reach HUNGEXPO in under 30 minutes using public transport.
HUNGEXPO is well connected to Budapest’s public transport system. From the city center, take Metro Line M2 to Örs vezér tere, then change to Tram 37, which stops near the venue at Kőbánya felső station. Several bus and tram lines serve the surrounding area.

By car or taxi
HUNGEXPO is easily reachable by car via Budapest’s main ring road system (M0, M3, M5, and M1-M7 motorways), and is situated near the Albertirsai út entrance.
There are over 3,000 parking spaces available on-site and in the surrounding area, including charging points for electric vehicles. Access is straightforward whether you are arriving from the city or the airport.
City Taxi is Hungexpo’s dedicated taxi company. The company creates a taxi rank at an agreed place (preferably near to the registration area). At the taxi desk delegates can easily order taxis. The taxi company can also provide cards, with which congress delegates can travel on a discounted rate anywhere in the city. Setting up the taxi service during the congress has no extra cost.
