HUNGEXPO Budapest Congress and Exhibition Center – Hall C

We are proud to host Euro PM2026 at HUNGEXPO Budapest, Hungary’s leading event venue and one of the most modern congress and exhibition centers in Central and Eastern Europe. The congress will take place in Hall C.

Fully renovated in 2021, the venue offers world-class facilities across 75,000 m² of indoor space. The brand-new Congress Centre is fully equipped with modern technology.

Located just 15 minutes from downtown Budapest, HUNGEXPO is easily accessible by public transport and by car, with Budapest Airport only 20 minutes away. Surrounded by green parkland, it offers a comfortable and inspiring environment for attendees.

There is a wide range of accommodation options nearby, from luxury hotels to budget-friendly stays, many within walking distance or a short ride from the venue.

ACCESS
Air Travel

Budapest is easily accessible from major international destinations. The Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport is located just 20 minutes by car or taxi from HUNGEXPO. Major airlines and low-cost carriers serve the airport.

Shuttle service as well as taxis and ride-sharing options are available at the airport.

Public Transport

Budapest’s main railway stations (Keleti, Nyugati, and Déli) connect the city nationally and internationally. From any station, HUNGEXPO in reachable in under 30 minutes using public transport.

Travelling to HUNGEXPO
The most convenient way to reach the venue is via Bus 10, which operates in a loop between Örs vezér tere metro station (Metro Line M2) and the HUNGEXPO exhibition grounds, stopping at each entrance gate.
From Örs vezér tere station, follow the signs towards the main bus terminal on the Árkád Shopping Centre side. The Bus 10 stop is located just to the right as you exit the station, a short walk ahead.
For Euro PM2026, please get off at Gate 2.

Increased Bus Frequency for Euro PM2026
To make travelling to and from the venue even easier, the EPMA has arranged additional Bus 10 services during the Congress:
• Sunday, 11 October: every 20 minutes, from 16:00–19:40
• Monday, 12 October: every 10 minutes, from 07:30–09:00 and 17:00–19:30
• Tuesday, 13 October: every 10 minutes, from 07:30–09:00 and 17:00–18:00
• Wednesday, 14 October: every 10 minutes, from 07:30–09:00 and 15:00–16:30
Outside these periods, the regular Bus 10 timetable applies.

Public transport tickets in Budapest are valid across metro, bus, and tram networks. However, a single ticket is valid for one journey only. If you transfer between lines (metro to bus or tram) an additional ticket is required unless you hold a travel pass (24h, 72h or weekly pass), which allows unlimited travel.

Car & Taxi

HUNGEXPO is accessible by car via Budapest’s main ring road system (M0, M3, M5, and M1-M7 motorways) near the Albertirsai út entrance. Access is straightforward whether you are arriving from the city or the airport.

Over 3,000 parking spaces are available on-site and nearby, including charging points for electric vehicles. Vehicles can enter directly and park close to the building via Gate 2. Please note that parking is subject to prior authorization, so delegates must inform us in advance to obtain the necessary access rights.

City Taxi is Hungexpo’s dedicated taxi company. Delegates can order taxis from a desk near the registration area. Taxi cards are available, offering discounted rates anywhere in the city.
