A new opportunity to communicate your results at Euro PM!
Real-life strategy to reach your goals.
During the Euro PM2026 Congress & Exhibition in Budapest, participants will have the opportunity to present concise Technical Briefs. These 10-minute presentations, including Q&A, can cover any aspect of Powder Metallurgy (PM), including research results, industrial developments, and technical or economic analyses of PM processes.
Submissions follow the same scientific and technical criteria as regular technical presentations, while offering a shorter and more focused format.
Abstract submission for Technical Briefs is open until 29 May 2026.
Why you should apply
Real-life strategy to reach your goals.
The Technical Briefs aim to foster knowledge exchange, stimulate discussions, and encourage collaboration within the PM community. They can be used to convey preliminary results, and as they will not end up in the congress proceedings, the topic can be later published by the authors without issues. This format may be ideal for students to show their ongoing works and get feedback from the community before publication on a journal.
Abstract submission is open until 29 May 2026 . An EPMI (European Powder Metallurgy Institutes) Committee will evaluate submissions based on the quality of the abstract and the responses in the submission form. Selected presentations will be grouped into three Technical Briefs sessions, taking place on Wednesday 14 October 2026, in the PM Forum inside the exhibition. Due to the session time available, the number of selected presentations will be limited to 15.
